I have cruised the Energy Start site for products but haven't found anything addressing tax breaks for investing in alternative fuel development.

I probably have to look at one of the Pirg sites, like Copirg, to find something suitable but does anyone know of any tax breaks or matching funds programs for would be investors?

I am not real good when it comes to investing. It seems so confusing but I would think that it might be a good idea to invest just because someone will come up with something. Sorry, I cannot help but I hope you pick a good one.

Aw thanks, tater!

I truly believe that putting a little money into an investment is better than not trying at all.  A few years back I invested in Sirius AND XM.  A whopping 5 shares each, but it was better than nothing.  Now I am looking at paperwork from both companies about the merger.  Even if you can't by too many shares, it's still possible to build a little something.

The problem is to find exactly the place to put your money into... right now with the dollar so low against other currencies, I guess the greatest idea is to put your money into stuff that you can  easily sell later.
